Description
Impressionist view from chain rock in Pine Mountain State Park overlooking the town of Pineville Kentucky 1200ft below.The chain 101ft long,with 7lb links was carried up the mountain by a four mule team in two trips.According to local lore in 1933 residents of Pineville attached a chain to anchor this bedrock outcrop and protect the town.Way to go Pineville!
